Mr. Tran Dinh Trong, Head of Applied Climate Division, Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology & Climate Change (IMHEN), Vietnam.
Experience in implementing projects from conception to completion, especially those related to climate change modeling, forecasting climate extremes and the impact of climate extremes , climate change adaptation, Forcast-Based Financing (FBF), etc. Experienced in working with NGOs such as FAO, APN, GRC, CARE, PLAN, WV, SC,... in the field of forecasting and impact assessment of climate extremes.
