Elmehdi Ag Wakina from Timbuktu, Mali is a secondary school teacher, AMSS Director of Programmes and President of the platform of national NGOs active in humanitarian work in Mali. He initiated the first national forum on localisation of humanitarian aid in Mali, and is a member of the EHP and the INSO Advisory Board.
